02What the site collects
Nothing that you type. There are no forms, no sign-up, no newsletter. No analytics counters, advertising pixels or third-party widgets are installed. Fonts and images are served from the same domain, so the pages make no calls to outside services.
Like any web server, the hosting provider keeps technical logs: IP address, time of request, requested URL and user agent. These records exist for availability and security, are not linked to an identified person and are not used for analytics or advertising. Retention: 6 months.
03If you write to us
Contact goes through Telegram and email links on the site. When you write first, we receive your public messenger profile or email address, the content of the conversation and whatever you choose to share. You decide the scope. We never ask for documents, health data, beliefs, biometrics or card details. Correspondence takes place inside Telegram and is subject to the rules of its owner; we do not control how Telegram stores it.
04Purposes and grounds
Answering your enquiry, preparing and performing a booking agreement, and keeping the site operational. Grounds: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, performance of that contract, and the legitimate interest of running a secure website. No marketing, no profiling, no automated decision-making.
05Recipients and retention
Only the hosting provider, technically, and state authorities on a reasoned lawful request. Nothing is sold or shared with advertising networks, data brokers or analytics services. Correspondence and contact details are kept for 3 years from the last contact; server logs for 6 months. Data is deleted within 30 days after that period ends or after your request.
06Your rights
You may request access to your data, ask for correction, blocking or erasure, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. If you contact us from the EU or UK, we handle access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection requests on the same terms. Write to Stas on Telegram. We reply within 10 working days, extendable by 5 working days with notice.
07Changes
