The headliner is half of the night. We build the other half around them: support, local artists and stage timing.

Support for the artist

We choose the act that leads naturally to the headliner.

Local artists

We arrange directly with managers in the required city.

Festival stage

Lineup, time slots and coordination across artists.

What we do

Full booking

We find the window in the artist's calendar, agree the fee with the agency and sign the contract.

Multi-city tour

We route two to four dates together, splitting the fee and travel between organisers.

Paperwork and payment

Invitation letters, travel, cross-border payment and closing documents.

Lineup curation

We choose support for the artist and the event brief, so the programme holds its line.

Rider and technical

We check the venue can carry the artist's requirements. If it cannot, we source sound, light and staging.
